I am Dessislava Panteleeva – a communication professional and entrepreneur with more than 28 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, business development, and event management. I am driven by a passion for building successful teams, brands, and experiences.
My career started in 1998 at one of Bulgaria’s first PR agencies. Seven years later, I founded my own consultancy, Key Experts Group (KEG). For 17 years, my biggest professional challenge was building a brand recognised for excellence in communications. KEG was behind numerous communication projects, corporate events, and PR campaigns for Bulgarian and international companies, including The Coca-Cola Company & Coca-Cola HBC, Lidl, Zagorka – part of the HEINEKEN Group, Allianz Bulgaria, Paysafe, Mansion, and many more. In 2022, KEG entered into a strategic partnership with Interpartners Group, in a transaction that became a successful example of a synergistic acquisition on the Bulgarian communications market. For me, it was more than closing a business deal – it was the successful conclusion of the most important chapter of my professional life.
My next ventures brought together two things I have always loved: creating meaningful experiences and bringing ideas to life. OreHHerO was born from my desire to bring my experience in communications, creativity, and events closer to children and education – a positive educational, collaborative, and creative space designed to help children achieve more. At the end of 2023, while searching for a new home for OreHHerO and a space that could accommodate both my love for children and my passion for events, I discovered a hidden pearl on Oborishte Street – an aristocratic house in the very heart of Sofia. This is how Villa Rosa came to life – a boutique venue for special occasions, private celebrations, corporate events, and tailor-made experiences. For three years, Villa Rosa has taken my hands-on event management experience to another level, with more than 500 events organised and hosted – each different in scale, concept, and expectations.
In 2026, the house with nearly a century of history became the setting for a new exciting chapter. I decided to honour and continue its legacy, breathing new life into a space that had served as a kindergarten for over 80 years, and start a unique nursery concept. This marks a natural evolution of the ‘house of children and learning’ vision that began 13 years ago with the OreHHerO Children’s Center and sets the beginning of the newest kindergarten in Sofia. CATBRIDGE is a Montessori-inspired kindergarten that combines an ambitious academic curriculum with a deep belief in the transformative power of early childhood development and education.
Today, I bring together 30 years of expertise in communications and organizational development. I believe the most transformative change happens at the intersection of business, education, creativity, and communication—where meaningful projects are born and real growth takes root. My work spans developing educational concepts, shaping branding and communication strategies, and designing spaces where people thrive—whether that is a nursery, an event, or a new venture. Bringing great ideas to life is what drives me, and I am here to put that passion and experience to work.
